Meet Your Coach

I’m Jenise, your far-from-average 20-something-year-old, Career Coach and Motivational Speaker. With a passion for curating change, I actively leave my footprint in the community every day! Being a statistic in today’s society and overcoming every barrier set to define me, I aspire to be that example for others. With a seasoned background, I thrive in helping others reach their full potential while I am still in the process of reaching mine. In my spare time, if I’m not trying to save the world, I am focused on creating a better one for my family. 

Through it all, I learned and learned again. I transformed myself from this confused, insecure, unconfident little girl, to this powerful, invincible, determined woman. A woman whose energy fills every room she walks into; whose life is not perfect, but filled with wonderful people and experiences; and who knows that she can deal with whatever life throws at her.

Some people think I’m lucky or privileged. Those who really know me, have watched the transformation happen and know I work hard for everything that I deserve.

I have done it all. At the age of 14 I got my very first job. I’ve worked in factories, customer service roles, hospitals, for the government, numerous different variety positions. Which gives me the knowledge, background, and experience in several areas. I’ve been through it and I’ve worked through it. This helps me personally understand the challenges in today’s working environment and in clients’ lives. Today, I work for one of the most successful law firms in the entire state. I also run my own business, which is why you’re here, I am a successful career coach and motivational speaker. 

I learned a lot and enjoyed most of my positions over my career years. However, with time, my interest changed. I was lost for a while, unsure of how or what I wanted my life to be. I knew I wanted more but I was unsure of how to get more. I started applying my strategic thinking to changing my life situation. Rather than how to find a “better” job, I learned how to fulfill my purpose and do something that brings me joy and generate a good income. 

I finally figured out how to put all that together, what I learned personally and in my career and apply them to what I love doing most – helping others find peace. 

I am very grateful for everything I have been through because without it all, I would not be who I am today. I could not do what I do today. That is, help others going through the same or similar situations transform their life and find their purpose. 

I have a relentless drive to understand and transform life and career situations. This is my passion. I want to motivate others to bring change into their life, even if you do not know how yet.
